Hey everyone,
Thanks for taking the time to take a look at my channel. I hope you've got some really motivating and inspiring ideas with my work-outs and articles. Remember, there's something to suit every individual, so if your an aerobic animal and want something to get the heart rate up and get fat burning, then you can follow either the boxing or aerobic work-out. Whilst your doing that, the kiddies can do some street dance to keep them on their toes with the fun choreography and funky moves. If your a holistic yogi and like to exercise the mind as well as the physical body, then we have a yoga practice and a guided meditation class. Seniors who want to loosen up their joints and feel more supple, can watch my class ''sit to be fit''. Not forgetting all of you office people sitting at your desks, you can tune into my ''office work-out'' and get some fantastic moves to do without even going to the gym!! There are plenty more work-outs on the site and much more coming up soon.
You'll also find a timetable of all the times when I'm teaching my various classes on FitnessTV, channel 282. My classes are aired daily and hopefully there will be something to suit everyone.
